Breakfast Favourites!

Evening humans, I recently started eating clean (again) as it's still the holidays for me & I have the free time to prep & cook most of my meals. Also as a Tumblr hugger, the scrumptious-looking concoctions never fail to inspire my heart of cooking! Yup, grocery shopping for these healthy bastards did cost me some bucks, but the after-satisfaction tells me that it's worth it. Plus I'm a fruit lover.

Anyways, I scrolled through BuzzFeed's healthy side & found so many recipes I'd die to try! One of them that knocked me straight onto the head was smoothie bowls. They caught my eye as I was pretty bored of my breakfast routine (simply grabbing biscuits & binging on other shit) and breakfast is the only meal I'm able to prep with no time limit. After going through the list of delicious photos & considering multiple aspects like fruits I can actually afford (example: NOT PEACH), I went with Strawberries 'N' Cream as the grocery mall near my house has a frozen strawberry sale going on & other ingredients can be purchased conveniently. Here's the outcome!

Buzzfeed's 'Strawberries 'N' Cream' Smoothie Bowl.

The toppings I threw onto this icy creation are blueberries, muesli, Greek yogurt & a drizzle of honey. Recipe hereeeee. Although it's kinda hard for my tiny blender to blend up the solid fruits with very little liquid, the result is amazing. The honey makes it sweet enough, all the frozen fruits gave it a firm touch without melting in seconds. Love how the muesli gave it some texture too, that's why it's called a smoothie bowl!

After a wonderful start of the day, I immediately went to plan for Day 2's morning pill. Of course I could have the same thing, but since dad just bought home some bananas, I decided to create a different smoothie bowl for the next day - Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl! Well, it turned out alright, just that I could cut the honey next time as the bananas are already sweet enough.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl!

Ingredients:
1 medium banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
Few tablespoons of milk (or icy water if you don't have milk)

Toppings (optional):
Blueberries
Sliced bananas
Muesli
Drizzle of honey

Blend together frozen blueberries, banana, greek yogurt. Then place your desired toppings after scooping them into a small bowl! By the way, I only used two thirds of the banana & kept the remaining ones for garnish. Like I said, feel free to cut the honey unless you have a sweet tooth. Have fun making your breakfast exciting!

Have an awesome day, Alanis xx.

Mitsui Outlet Park & MAD!

Bonjour! Here's another holiday throwback - let's all rewind time to last Thursday's outing!

Since the weather was terribly hazy during the holidays, the family & I got rather bored from tucking ourselves under blankets spamming movies in the living room. Thus, we planned a day-out from gluing our eyes onto smartphones & head to an indoor mall to unwind ourselves. But it's not just some mall you get to visit everyday, Mitsui Outlet Park was our destination! 35 minutes away from home, we get to invade on-sale branded shops & chomp on fancy food, sounds like a splendid 2-in-1 win.

A few of my favourite stores there are Nike, Superdry, Cotton On & Quicksilver. Well, to be frank, the ongoing sales there aren't exactly jaw-dropping or rarely found. Prices are still somewhat high after 50% discounts. And some shops like Converse lure me in with fetching banners but the price tags are totally same as the ones in luxurious malls. After violently flipping around clothes in various stores, I got myself a pair of patterned shorts from Levi's & a gray Nike SB snapback I fell in love with on first sight. It's impossible for me to understand how my mom managed to bring home numerous shopping bags when I couldn't even try on clothes after looking at them price tags. Eyyy.
Gray Nike SB Snapback - RM69
Levi's Patterned Shorts - RM79

Halfway thought our shopping adventure, we had our late lunch at M.A.D! (aka Modern Asian Diner). It's a fusion restaurant which design's inspired by bohemian & New York, serves a wide selection of Asian & Western eats & the best part for me, its exquisite modern plating. Like really, food that's plated to feed Instagram. Already impressed of its comfortable surrounding, we were served Penne Chicken Arrabiata (got it with Fettuccine instead), Rendang Lamb Shank, Grilled Chicken Chop & other stuff I either forgot or missed its camera moment. Mine was the pasta, it tasted so delicious but I wasn't exactly warned by its spicyness, causing my sore throat to stay a little longer (welp). The lamb was cooked to perfection, chicken chop just stood on the average line. The drink I ordered was a Caramel Macchiato Double, it was much more smoother than the Apple Caramel Latte I had at Coffeezzo the day before. We even called a Mango Cheesecake for dessert! Slightly above average pricing, but everything was worth it!

Can this be called a chandelier too?

Yup, how can you not say it's a satisfying outing? Is it weird that I miss the food more than I miss the shops full of trendy clothing? Probably why this second time visiting Mitsui Outlet Park was so much better than our first visit. Foooooood.

Stay safe hiding from the haze, guys!

Thanks for reading, Alanis xx.

Coffeezzo Wednesday

Evening to the lovely people out there! Sorry for not blogging for a while, the holidays are stuffing up my schedule like Thanksgiving turkey (examples are sleeping & snacking). There were loads of captivating times throughout the week, and I shall scribble them in words of my expression then publish them here bit by bit!

Last Wednesday, we (the fam) craved for something new yet sips of simple joe to enjoy our afternoon teatime. Since we got bored from shopping Main Place with our hands empty, the coffee house situated few steps away caught our eyes. It owns the modish name of 'Coffeezzo', aired with a quiet ambience fitting for meetings or alone time. Some parts of this cafe has its taste of art, but the area near the kitchen is pretty messy that spoils the overall conceptual atmosphere.
Is this real?
Love the wall art.
Simple design.

Moving on, the edibles were scrumptious, surprisingly better than expected. On our round table had a long black, a cappuccino & an apple caramel latte. Other than the both authentic coffee beverages, I would say that the apple caramel latte needed a stronger hint of apple. Soon, a bold slice of Chocolate Banana cake entered our vision then collided with our tastebuds; the chocolate fondant was rich & the bits of very ripe banana maintained a sweet aftertaste, causing me to dig my fork into it repetitively. Easily saying, I would be back for more. Average cafe pricing. However, the service can be described as awkward & uneasy depending on the waiter approached. Get quality servers, for omnom's sake!
From top: Apple Caramel Latte, Long Black, Cappuccino.

Definitely more palatable writes to come!

Forever hungry, Alanis xx.

After Party Sleepover

Afternoon hey! Time to write part two of Saturday night's enthusiasm, pardon the wait!

Following our arrival to Nedd's house after #WorldStageMy, we took turns rushing our showers as we couldn't afford to waste the time off such a gold dust event. Of course, everyone began to seek for the wifi password because there were so much about the music fest to share! That annoyed Nedd for sure. What was more infuriating to her was after we obtained the password - everyone lied slackly on the bed, tapping on our smartphones vigorously with screen displays of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. Can you imagine our reactions when she ordered us to grab the snacks we just bought downstairs? No one budged a muscle. Nedd was sent to an outburst causing us to leave the room in milliseconds. Scary.

I remember I was starving nuts that the 200g pack of Koko Krunch I purchased was gobbled off in seconds. Ah, that reminds me of having such a satisfying cheat day! Before #WorldStageMy I had a sweet red bean sundae from Milkcow & a cinnamon roll from Coffea Coffee, then a bag of sugary cereal at night. Much yum! Did I lied to myself saying I need them calories to rave my way through the fest? I think so. *smirks* Moving on, we had a game of Uno to buy the night time. Yup just one game, that actually took more than HALF AN HOUR (my bad, I set the rule of only one card can be discarded during each turn despite its same number & colour). Twenty minutes later, everyone stared at me like I'm the headmistress of our school, wanting to stab me in the head. Gienne even fell asleep during the game. I don't even remember who won.

Uno for four!
As presumed, every single one of us cried for bedtime immediately after the horrible Uno game ended. Gienne & Michelle slept on the cozy bed, while Nedd & I conquered the wooden-tiled floor. Obviously, I brought my 7-year slumber pal along - Jibby! (aka my sleeping bag) What's not the expected part was me turning into a caterpillar, creating choky laughters in the room.

Wakakakaka.
How I look like when I'm playing Crossy Road.

Caterpillar says goodnight.
Next morning, our plan to hang out in the park was umm, terminated by our unable-to-wake-up heads. Besides Michelle who had to hop out of bed at 7 due to her parents arrival at 8, everyone was whining non-stop while clinging ourselves onto pillows. Sluggish kids we are. Eventually we did nothing until my ride came at half past 9. Regardless of the unproductive morning, oh gosh the night was one of the best hours of darkness I'd ever experienced. Another satisfying tick on my bucket list thanks to the #SneakersSquad! Without them I would had already rot into mushrooms years ago.

Peace out, Nandos. #firsttime
^ Sliding in a little extra of Sunday night, a warm dinner consisting the UOC 14/15 and the Scouters was held at Taipan's Nandos. Believe me or not, it was actually my first time digging into Nandos! (yup just laugh it out bro) Love its extra hot sauce & sweet potato mash. What a fun night to wrap the year off with the fabulous team of 15.

Phew, it's been a long time since I enjoyed such a excitement-filled weekend. Fingers crossed for more before the huge examination barge its way into my life. Also looking forward to next year's #WorldStageMy with the squad!

Cheers, Alanis xx.

Pancakes

"Mom, what is that round flat stuff sitting beside the bacon?" the 4 year old me questioned with my index finger pointing at the menu.

"It's called a pancake. Just a waffle without its crisp, wanna give it a try?" Mom answered in milliseconds.

"Umm wookay." I blurted without a puff of faith towards my upcoming new dish.

And I was so wrong.

A mini bite into the fluffy piece of beauty drooled with never-insipid maple syrup literally killed me. Shot my heart with the world's best sniper rifle, resulting in time to take a break from living. My sheer mind began to shuffle them brain puzzles: What the actual mayhem is this new food discovery? Doesn't taste like cake, neither a pan (thought I would taste metal) but it's just oh so good. Definitely more. I need more, mom.

Since my first ever glorious experience with buttermilk pancakes from One Utama's Waffle World (doesn't make sense eh), pancakes always win the menu challenge. From breakfast to dinner, it was impossible for me to get sick of such a sugary treasure. One of my all time favourites are Blueberry Pancakes topped with Vanilla Ice Cream. Another favoured icy beauty crossing the heaven of fluffiness with a touch of sweet fruit, mind my words but what the actually heck? Is that even feasible? I just cannot even-gargh-it held me speechless for years.

What an allure.

Now you see, pancakes aren't just a source to keep us humans breathing, but an emotional inspiration that retain our souls from wilting into enmity. A warm serving of creamy flapjack never fails to enkindle my dilettante psyche from boredom. In short, it's a huge life saviour. Heartbroken? Cheer up with chocolate crepes. Poor grades? Forget life with Corned Beef hotcakes. Tummy ache? Fix that crap with Bacon Pancakes! I swear nothing gets worse after a magical wave from the pancake angel! Except for an undone one with raw batter in it. Eeek that one's a true nightmare from hell.

So whatcha waiting for? Ride over to your nearest brunch cafe & sink your fangs into a stack of comforting, buttery pancakes. Thank me later aites?

NEED. NOW.

Dare me a #onewordessay in the comments below for more! - Alanis xx.

Coffee Brunch

Finally a Monday without brain-rotting school & the habitual blues - Hello there!

Due to the yesterday's run, today's class in school is off! (can't describe how blithe I'm feeling right now) Of course I granted myself a skip of gym plans although I'm feeling totally at ease, and I also entreated my mom for a day out before the SPM trials season violently melts my soul into bits.

Sobs.

Well, as luck would have it, my tiny wish was granted - my family decided to have some fancy brunch in a classic cafe named "Doi Chaang Coffee"! My first time having a meal here, I was very dazzled by its upscale but casual atmosphere. Sounds like I fell in love in this cozy cafe. From its clipboard menu I dotted a steaming Americano & a plate of Fettucine Sesame Seed for my growling belly. Not long later the coffee & tasty-looking chow arrived, I impatiently dug my fangs into the creamy pasta. Ah, tastebuds began to dance their way to heaven.

Coffee wakes my peaceful morning.

Love its cozy environment.

Fettucine Sesame Seed.

New American (mom's order).

Finishing touch - Slice of New York Cheese.

Conclusion - the food here won my heart although it was sort of pricey. When I meet a U-turn soon, its Jamaican Chicken sandwich's on my 'next-to-chomp' list. Not to forget, it's a cool place to hang out with the buddies too!

#ootd

See you soon!
Cheers, Alanis xx.

Theater & Omnom

Hi fellow humans! Hooray for the weekends!

Today was a day of contentment, I would say. Got myself a date with Tom Cruise in the cinema this evening before diving into flavourful sticky bones & mocktails for dinner. What a craze! Futhermore, everything was unexpectedly scheduled in the morning which made it all so exhilarating to savor!

Anyways, Rogue Nation was breathtaking. Goddamit it was so beautifully done. Tom Cruise & Simon Pegg sort of stole my heart away (sorry). Also, after deeply thinking about it, I feel so bad for the luckless man who once had his security card in slot 108. Best of luck, mate.

How can I stand such a gorgeous look? #dies

Benji (Simon Pegg) - Perfect Comedic Foil

Later that, my family & I drove ourselves to Empire Shopping Gallery for a fulfilling dinner at Morganfield's. Surprisingly, the mocktail 'Begonia' earned its place in my favourites as I really enjoy the sparkle of fruits & fizz. The ribs were kind of overdone though, I prefer the one back in Pavillion KL. Other than that it was all scrumptiously good!

Garlicky BBQ Spare Ribs.

Begonia (Mocktail Favourite!)

Smokin' Duck Salad.

Bacon Wrapped Meat Balls.

Chili Loco Tacos.

Oh gosh I soberly can't wait for Mission: Impossible 6. See you peeps (and Tom Cruise) soon!

Huge wishes to a fun weekend, Alanis xx.

Father's Day Feast

Greetings warmhearted readers! How is everyone still hanging on for the week?

So, Father's Day last Sunday just elapsed with a blink of an eye. I had a pretty stunning one celebrating this not-to-be-forgotten occasion in a bar situated in KL. Yup, a woody bar with shelves of head-knocking alcohol & smoky air filled with music from the '70s. Love its atmosphere to the moon & back as I really demanded a bar to doze my gloom off. It's named 'Racks Bar & Baby Backs'.

Guessed it or not, pork ribs & apple cocktails are the trademarks of this shadowy pub. Recommended by my uncle from the States, our expectations were not ruined by disappointment. We requested one main course & a side to share, which are the pub's famous 'Crackling & Dip' and a full rack of ribs with two bold flavours (Torture Ribs & Asian Guinness Ribs). Let me tell you this, the presentation of Racks Bar's creations already snatched my eyes away, don't even get me started on their taste. One word - Amazinglicious. Best ribs in town, I say!

Ah, reaching the terrific bit of this unforgettable feast, of course we got ourselves liquid refreshments to praise off such comforting food. I menued myself a rum cocktail named Apple Sin while my blood-related associates went for mojitos & beer. Can't believe I'm saying this, but Apple Sin's my first real cocktail in life. It slided onto my side of the table garnished with a cinnamon-glazed apple slice. Boldly impressed, I took a small sip after a slight stir and ka-pow, it appeared that I just found my true love of moonshine. Rum, cinnamon, vanilla & apple juice agitated then flavours blasted with chips of ice until chemistry touches the right temperature. Heavenly feels.

The famed Pork Crackling, crisped with much love.

Apple Sin, so sinful I got succumbed by it.

Wistfully, I forgot to snap my cell's lens on the main array for the night (aka the beautiful rack of ribs). Well, there was probably some seventh sense of mine hinting me it's alright because I'll return soon to re-satisfy my hungry tastebuds. Ah, can't wait for that glorious moment.

Finally, Happy Belated Father's Day to all the super-dads out there!

Slobber & shots, Alanis xx.

Japanese Cuisine Favourites

Morning everyone!

As a teen who loves eating & exploring real food, I had tasted lots of different cuisines from all over the world. I wouldn't say I own a favourite one as each cuisine has their own uniqueness in spices and techniques I love, like French has their Bouquet Garni while Chinese uses soy sauce as their main seasoning. Today, I choose to talk about Japanese Cuisine & my favourite creations of this cuisine.

1.  Chirashi Don

If you're a HUGE fan of Sashimi, this is a must to try! Thickly sliced Sashimi generously topped on a bowl of sakura-seasoned Japanese rice. Mmmmm speechless. It's just too beautiful for my eyes & tastebuds I got to appreciate every bite. So shut up & don't talk to me, let me eat. The one I love best is from Tokyo Grill and Sushi in Grand Rapids, MI.

2.  Sukiyaki

Ah, a bunch of fresh greens, mushrooms, tofu & glass noodles soaked in a sweet-salty base. Don't forget the beef on the side! Let it swim in the egg dip then gently place it into the hot pot for a few seconds for heat to do its thing. When it's done, dive in and oh, you flew to heaven for a moment there. It's just amazing.

Simple but warmly comforting, Chasuke is Japanese dish made by pouring green tea or dashi over perfectly cooked rice topped with savoury toppings such as salmon flakes, nori & roasted sesame seeds. In my country, I have not found a restaurant that serves this traditional creation, but my family often have this at home as it's easy to make. I usually top mine with dried ume, wasabi-flavoured sesame seeds, nori & bonito flakes. Itadakimasu!

If you're thinking "What? Tamagoyaki? What's so special about grilled eggs?" Then you're plain wrong. People don't know that this famous Japanese creation takes YEARS for a chef to perfect, as what Sushi Master Jiro Ono said. His style of making tamagoyaki is different. He doesn't roll it, instead he flips the whole japanese omelette in a squared pan. Yup, it's as tough as it sounds, but a bite of such beautiful food would melt your heart with its soft sweetness & balanced texture. If you have the cash, book a table at Sukiyabashi Jiro now! You can thank me by booking me a seat then picking up my tab.

Not just any ramen, but Menya Musashi's Tonkatsu Ramen! It's creamy, boldy flavoured with pork bones base gifts you a flight to Tokyo. I remember my first time trying this, my tastebud got stoned for a second as I had never had such a mouthwatering ramen in my life. Plus it's authentic! Sadly I only get to eat this once in a few months as I'm currently broke. Well, at least I took a photo with its Master Chef Yamaguchi! Welp where's the photo...

6.  Taiyaki

Yes, this famous Japanese treat shows that I'm an Azuki lover. This fish-shaped cake stuffed with sweet Azuki red bean paste was a part of my childhood. I recall the kid-sized me saving up coins just to get a piece of Taiyaki from an authentic Japanese store. Well, I would say these are worth spending for! Taiyaki are also filled with other common fillings such as chocolate, sweet potato and custard, but it's original version won my heart.

So here you go, these are my Japanese Cuisine favourites! Now you know what to treat me if you bring me to a Japanese restaurant (or Japan). If you haven't try these delicacies, what are you waiting for? Hit your nearby Japanese restaurant and satisfy your tastebuds! Don't forget to thank me with a treat aites.

Have a good day, and I'll see you then!

さようなら, Alanis xx.

Breakfast Quiche

Sunday mornings are the best where you get to wake up whenever you desire (well, besides Saturdays where you don't need to worry about school next day). But surprisingly I woke up earlier than yesterday, which was a question I myself find hard to answer. After popping out from my warm bed, I decided to make Fruit Tortillas for breakfast as I loveeee fruits, but turns out my refrigerator was out of fruit, causing me to go mad for a second. Then, I noticed dozens of eggs waving at me on the countertop saying "EAT ME OR I'LL ROT".

Eggs are such attention seekers, I know.

That's when I made up my 'fruit-demotivated' mind to cook up a Quiche for the first meal of the day. If you don't know what's a Quiche, it's a pastry dish with eggs/custard filling in it and toppings all over the place. Sadly, classic Quiches are a pain to the ass to make because you have to make the crust and stuff, which I, a lazy piece of crap ain't going to do. So instead of the classic ones, I made a really easy 3 minutes Quiche in a mug! Oh and without the crust, I'm currently eating clean without starchy food so I threw in some oats instead.

Ingredients

2 medium sized eggs
3 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of butter
1 tablespoon of oats
6-7 slices of cucumber
4 mini cherry tomatoes, halved
1/8 cup of frozen peas
Few leafs of wild rocket
Salt & pepper to taste
A mug (preferably a tall one)

Here's how you wing it!

First, whisk the eggs with milk and butter in a mug until they're well combined. Then, throw in the toppings (cucumber, tomatoes, peas, oats, or anything you like) and stir evenly. After you feel satisfied with your raw Quiche, slide the mug into the microwave and set it to high for 3 minutes. Take a short nap until you hear its ring, pop it out of the microwave, garnish with wild rocket and you're ready to fulfil your tastebuds! Ah, don't forget to season your Quiche with a dash of salt & pepper!

Yum yum in the tum! <3

Yup, it's just that simple to make a Quiche-for-one (more like an omelette woops). Usually people mix in pieces of baguette bread for a dense, packed texture, but I myself prefer oats as they're much more healthier than bread. Now you don't need to spend an hour fluffing out the pastry crust or buy a ready-made one, all thanks to the microwave (and me, duh).

Hope your weekend is awesome!

Eggs and love, Alanis xx.

Once again, Grimmie Salute!

Baked Cinnamon Oatmeal in a Mug

Morning there, fellow humans all over the world!

I just woke up an hour ago which was 9.30am (yes I'm a beg-hugger) and a delicious idea snapped my brain cells. Since it's a free Saturday morning where I don't need to rush to school by 7, why don't I show you peeps what I usually gobble for breakfast! Oh, I'm not the kind of boring teen who just bite on a piece of sandwich bread and hops on the school bus. No no no, I make sure I satisfy myself with a wholesome mouth-drooling breakfast that does its part to volume-up my day!

So, the one I'll be showing you today is one of my favourite breakfasts that are super easy to make just in 4 minutes. If you're a big fan of cinnamon, baked apples or oatmeal, you're fated to read this! It's Baked Cinnamon Oatmeal! Yes, I said 'baked', it's not a typo. Even better, you can just toss everything into a mug and shove it into the microwave, then wait for the 'ting' and you're off to omnom time!

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of oatmeal (whole cut/quick cook)
2 teaspoons of milk (just a tiny splash)
Half an apple/pear, diced
Half a ripe banana/1 small ripe banana (mashed)
Cinnamon powder for a powering taste
Greek Yogurt (optional)
Honey (optional)

Here's how you perform the magic:

First, roughly mix the oatmeal with milk in a bowl until you see clumps. Then, toss in the mashed banana and mix well so you'll get the sweet banana taste in your oats! After that, throw in the diced apples/pears and toss around the whole mixture (I usually use apples, but this time I'm using pears because I ran out of apples). Before hitting the microwave, spice up the world with a few dashes of cinnamon powder (I LOVE cinnamon, I usually chuck in 2 teaspoons or more). When your raw concoction is ready, frisbee it into the microwave in high for 2-3 minutes (I do 2.2).

Now wait.... and wait.... and wait.... *ting* it's done! Grab your steamy treat out of the microwave (caution, it's hot!) and you're ready to dive in! If you crave for a creamy texture like me, don't hesitate to scoop in some greek yogurt! Not up to your sweet level? Drizzle on some honey! Invent your own creation with anything you can find in your pantry! Raisins, chocolate chips, peanut butter...

Before hitting the baker!
Baked to perfection topped with a scoop of greek yogurt <3

Usually match my breakfast with a warm cup of Americano.

(I used a bowl to present you a clear look of how it's done. ^)

Yup that's how you magically snap an amazing breakfast treat in only 4 minutes. No more excuses saying you need to stand like a statue to stir oatmeal on the stove! Bake them and have a nap instead! Students out there who always grab a packet of biscuits or bread to school, stop doing so and wake up your tastebuds instead! I'm serious, it's dead easy! Plus it's healthy and scrumptious, you'll thank me for this! If you tried it out, be sure to tweet me a photo of it here! Would love to see your amazing creations.

*Burp* Ah finally done with breakfast, see you peeps next time! Alanis xx.

Weekend Break

Just gonna be a short one featuring how I sometime spend my weekends. :)

Previously my garden was in a small renovation to sprite up the view & finally, it's ready! So today my family & I decided to have our afternoon tea at our 'cafe corner' in the garden. Mom bought 2 slices of Secret Recipe's cakes & I spice things up with a few light tea snacks I usually make. Warm fuzzy family feels.

Creme Brulee Cheese & Chocolate Banana (Left)
Coffee biscotti & mocha chiffon bites (Right)

Feels great to have the weekend well spent with the family. ;)

Cravings

So much are bothering me these days, but the one that bothers me most are my cravings for treats & desserts (after not having them for MONTHS). Cool sharing some with you guys?

Most of the time I crave for ice cream, and I have no idea why, but it's always Mcdonald's Oreo Mcflurry. Like, come on man, I see Mcdonald's almost everywhere I go, how to resist my tastebuds from dragging me towards it? Well I guess you would already know how it turned out. Few days ago I ended up slurping 2 Oreo Mcflurries & a Chocolate Sundae. Yay me.

Other hard times occur in the grocery store (yeah why not, it's filled with FOOD). Especially during this period, my family's favourite grocery store is having an American Country Fair & a Halloween Fair. Yup it's halloween fair, everywhere is piled up with imported candies. I tried so hard to not look at the candy aisle, but I accidentally peeped & saw heaven - Peanut Butter M&Ms.

I ended up buying the pretzel one because it has less fat then the PBs. Wooh.

I also bought a huge chewy bar that tempted my dad & I. It's called Big Hunk, never saw it before. We promised to keep it for Christmas, but seeing it every time I opened the fridge ain't securing that deal.

Yup, this post kinda concludes that I have a really bad sweet tooth. What are your favourite cravings? It would be glad to know that I'm not the only one who craves for Oreo Mcflurries or M&Ms, do share your cravings with me! Excite me with foooood. ;)
